MANAGING DIRECTOR
Heath founded HRB & CO Property Advisory to provide clients independent and unbiased property advice with professionalism, integrity, a data backbone and exceptional market knowledge honed over decades. All this is delivered with a personalised service to each and every client to suit their specific needs and outcomes.
Heath leverages 20+ years experience as a certified practising valuer, qualified property investment advisor (QPIA), tenant representative and buyer's agent to provide expert advice to private clients and their financial advisors to establish long-term strategies for wealth creation with property as the primary vehicle.

Heath's property experience ranges from inner urban residential, retail / commercial / industrial properties, in-fill development sites to various specialised property types namely; shopping centres, hotels, pubs (gaming venues), child care centres, service stations, telecommunication facilities, fast food outlets, medical centres and supermarkets.

HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS & ADVISORY
Luke has 20+ years experience in the property industry as a valuer, sales manager, qualified property investment advisor and buyer’s agent specialising in development projects.
​
Luke has provided acquisition, valuation and due diligence advice for some of Australia’s largest developers, the big four Australian banks as well as a number of other lending institutions and private clients throughout his career.
Luke has been involved in single transactions up to $300,000,000 with total transaction related advice in excess of $1bn dollars across greenfield and brownfield development sites..

Purchasing development sites is complex and it’s important to have a highly skilled team of consultants to identify and mitigate risk and extract value.

Damian brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to HRB & Co, having worked with global real estate agency Colliers International, and tier one construction companies including KANE and FDC. This extensive knowledge base provides clients with ‘end to end’ experience, involving transactions and construction deliverables.

Damian has detailed knowledge of sectors including State & Federal Government departments, industrial/logistics, commercial, health/aged care, education & hospitality sectors, and has secured $2 Billion of construction tenders, and during his real estate career has negotiated $1 billion for notable ASX200 clients including NRMA, McDonalds, AMP Capital, Goodman and Australand.
