Market Search, Review & Proposal for New and Existing Accommodation Solutions: HRB & Co tenant representative’s will use our extensive leasing database and direct contact with landlords to provide a market review that will evaluate the best solution for you. We'll create a short list of options and compare them against the benefits of remaining at your premises. 

Due Diligence & Negotiation of HOA: Our tenant representation  services will extract the best possible commercial terms for our clients. We’ll ensure you enter a fair lease that reflects current market trends, bringing the full value of our experience and market knowledge to act completely independently on your behalf. Our tenancy advisory services will analyse your options to meet occupancy criteria. We’ll negotiate non-binding Heads of Agreement on short-listed options so that you receive favourable commercial terms.
