Initial consultation & buying brief

Property tours

Our team does all the heavy lifting to give you back your most important asset - time. First, we identify properties suiting your brief. Then, we inspect each on your behalf, eliminating unsuitable options to present only the properties matching your brief and those worth considering.

 

Off-market and pre-market properties

We use local agents in our target suburbs to source off-market and pre-market properties that you won't find yourself when searching online.

In addition, should we not locate a suitable property, we'll repeat the process every few weeks until we do.

 

A detailed property report

For every home we believe meets your brief, we will produce a custom property report grading the property and helping to establish an accurate price range based on current comparable sales evidence.

Due Diligence

Every home we consider goes through a rigorous internal due diligence program.

This schedule includes arranging Contract of Sale reviews by legal experts and arranging Building and Pest Inspections by trusted and accredited building inspectors who provide a detailed report in a short time frame. 

 

Throughout our process, we cover many hours of assistance, commission housing, planning overlays and local area DD checks.  We leave no stone unturned to ensure you can proceed with transparency and confidence.

Negotiation

As your trusted Buyer Agent, we use our relationships, buying power, and tried and tested negotiation techniques to purchase the property as far below the budget as possible, including:

  • Auction bidding: Should we go to auction, we use various bidding tactics to prevent the auction from running away and help secure the property as far below the budget as possible.

  • Pass in auction negotiation: If the property is passed into us, we can often make a significant difference, frequently buying the property well within our client's budget.

 

Post Transaction

Post-acquisition, we support you through to settlement. This support includes inspecting the property and running through a comprehensive pre-settlement inspection checklist to ensure the property is in the same condition as when purchased.
